Jim Robinson, Vice President of Customer Success, has an extensive history of assisting companies in successfully adopting new tools and methodologies. Prior to joining Cycuity, Jim led an international team of engineers at Synplicity that transformed the tools used by FPGA developers to implement designs and established FPGA prototyping as an essential methodology for modern chip development. Jim’s commitment to excellence in worldwide customer support has consistently resulted in increased customer satisfaction and brand loyalty, and contributed to his success in engineering leadership roles at Synplicity and Synopsys.

Brenda Swiney is the Chief Financial Officer at Cycuity and has responsibility for finance, human resources, legal, and operations. Prior to joining Cycuity, she led finance and operations for rapidly growing software and hardware companies acquired by Dell (EMC), Motorola, and Lucent Technologies (Nokia), both before and after acquisition. Earlier in her career, Ms. Swiney worked for Hitachi Data Systems, a multi-billion joint venture between Hitachi and EMC, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ms. Swiney holds a B.S in Accounting and a M.S. in Accounting/Finance, both from the University of Colorado Denver. She is a California CPA (active) and a CGMA.

Dr. Mitchell Mlinar, Vice President of Engineering, has a long track record of building strong research and development teams and delivering innovative products at both large and small companies. His strong technical background includes experience in security, hardware design, and development tools, with roles ranging from VP of Engineering to Chief Architect. Prior to this role, he was responsible for the design, development, and delivery of leading-edge software quality and security tools in the Software Integrity Group at Synopsys. Dr. Mlinar has a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Southern California.

Melissa Jordan is the Head of Marketing and has responsibility for Cycuity’s marketing strategy and programs. Melissa has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and business development roles in large enterprise and startup technology companies. Prior to joining Cycuity, she led Field and Channel Marketing at Guardicore, where she built a number of successful marketing programs to drive the company’s market entry, awareness and growth. Melissa has also held marketing roles at MobileIron, VMware, Extreme Networks and Lucent Technologies. Melissa holds an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a B.S. in Marketing from Missouri State University.

Dr. Jason Oberg is a co-founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Cycuity, where he is responsible for overseeing the company’s technology and strategic positioning. Dr. Oberg works closely with Cycuity’s executive management team, engineering teams, and customers to drive the company’s next-generation hardware security products. As a leading expert in hardware security, Dr. Oberg brings years of deep expertise and has facilitated the development of several disruptive hardware security technologies. His work has been cited over 1000 times and he holds seven issued and pending patents. Prior to his CTO role, Dr. Oberg led Cycuity as co-founder and CEO from 2014 – 2020, during which he facilitated raising capital, recruited the initial team, and drove the company’s product revenue growth YoY. He received his B.S. in Computer Engineering from UC Santa Barbara and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from UC San Diego.

Dr. Andreas Kuehlmann is the Executive Chairman and CEO at Cycuity where he leads the company in its next phase of growth. Dr. Kuehlmann spent his career in semiconductor design, software development, and cybersecurity and served as Adjunct Professor at UC Berkeley. Prior to joining Cycuity, he worked at IBM Research and Cadence Design Systems where he made influential contributions to hardware verification. He then helped build a market-leading software security business starting as head of engineering at Coverity and, after its acquisition by Synopsys, as General Manager of the newly formed Software Integrity business unit. In that role, he led its growth from double-digit-millions to a multi-hundred-million-dollar business through organic and inorganic investments. Dr. Kuehlmann received Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University Ilmenau, Germany.
