Bill Reaves is a seasoned technology executive with over four decades of experience in the semiconductor industry, spanning engineering innovation, product development, and organizational leadership. After 22 years at Intel in roles spanning Flash memory, fab new technology integration, custom Arm processors and Mobile processors, the first SOC’s at Intel, Bill joined Marvell through the X-Scale/ Mobile Chip acquisition. Over 19 years at Marvell, Bill has served as VP of Central Engineering Operations, driving cross-company R&D key initiatives, including emulation, system modeling, SDL (Security Development Lifecycle) implementation, 3rd Party IP, M&A integration, R&D improvement/ A0 to Production initiative and Corporate PMO. He has a career built on collaboration, technical excellence, and strategic impact.
Daniel Freeman is General Partner at Dorilton Ventures and lead’s the firm’s venture capital investment activities. Prior to joining Dorilton, he was Managing Partner of a London-based specialist venture capital fund focused on cyber security and data analytics. He began his career at Lehman Brothers, Deutsche Bank, and Eton Park Capital Management, where he managed public and private investments in technology, infrastructure, and financial services companies. Daniel holds an AB in East Asian Studies from Princeton, was a Fellow at the Johns Hopkins-Nanjing University Centre for Chinese and American Studies, and received an MBA from the Harvard Business School. In his spare time, he investigates new technologies, watches China, cooks, and reads the New Yorker.
Justin Butler is a partner at Eclipse Ventures and serves on the Board of Directors at Cycuity. Prior to joining the investment team at Eclipse, Justin built and led the commercial operations at Misfit, a digital health company acquired by the Fossil Group for more than $250 million. Before Misfit, Justin managed the commercialization efforts in the food, fuels and chemical spaces at Synthetic Genomics (SGI), a leading synthetic biology company. At SGI, Justin’s efforts led to first-in-class technology development, licensing and commercialization deals with ADM and other Fortune 100 food and chemical companies. Justin received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara and his M.B.A. from MIT Sloan. Justin is an avid cyclist and triathlete, and serves on the advisory board of CycleKids, a nonprofit focused on strengthening the physical and emotional health of children.
Dr. Jason Oberg is a co-founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Cycuity, where he is responsible for overseeing the company’s technology and strategic positioning. Dr. Oberg works closely with Cycuity’s executive management team, engineering teams, and customers to drive the company’s next-generation hardware security products. As a leading expert in hardware security, Dr. Oberg brings years of deep expertise and has facilitated the development of several disruptive hardware security technologies. His work has been cited over 1000 times and he holds seven issued and pending patents. Prior to his CTO role, Dr. Oberg led Cycuity as co-founder and CEO from 2014 – 2020, during which he facilitated raising capital, recruited the initial team, and drove the company’s product revenue growth YoY. He received his B.S. in Computer Engineering from UC Santa Barbara and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from UC San Diego.
Dr. Andreas Kuehlmann is the Executive Chairman and CEO at Cycuity where he leads the company in its next phase of growth. Dr. Kuehlmann spent his career in semiconductor design, software development, and cybersecurity and served as Adjunct Professor at UC Berkeley. Prior to joining Cycuity, he worked at IBM Research and Cadence Design Systems where he made influential contributions to hardware verification. He then helped build a market-leading software security business starting as head of engineering at Coverity and, after its acquisition by Synopsys, as General Manager of the newly formed Software Integrity business unit. In that role, he led its growth from double-digit-millions to a multi-hundred-million-dollar business through organic and inorganic investments. Dr. Kuehlmann received Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University Ilmenau, Germany.
